Choose one stage:

1. Who asks the question, and what decision do they need?
2. Which documents and facts are available?
3. Which date and edition of the rules apply?
4. How should the result be explained to a person?
5. Which circumstances require a separate assessment?

Use fictional data for real-world cases. A frequent manual calculation or check is a good starting point.
